If we install air conditioning in a multi-family building, we must remember that the building’s facade is a common part. Without the consent of the administration, we cannot hang an air conditioning unit on the facade.
A balcony or garden allows you to bypass this obstacle. Without problems and involving the administration, we can place the generator on anti-vibration bases on the surface of the balcony.
Why is budget important and what can we expect?
Installing air conditioning in a flat requires specialist work and tools. The basic cost of labour for installing a single device is around PLN 1,600. The cost of the device itself should be added to the installation costs. The cheapest, simple air conditioner costs around PLN 1,600-2,000.
If we want a device of higher quality, more functions and an attractive design, we must count on the cost of around PLN 5,000 and upwards for the entire work.
